With plumbleys you don't have to worry! All of our packages are sent without any indication of the package contents, no brand names, or plumbleys name. The only address apart from yours is a return address.
Depending on your selected method of delivery and the product you've ordered, your packaging will be a completely opaque padded bag, or a silver plastic padded bag. Or for larger items (fires/baths ect) they will arrive in the manufacturers box.
We try and despatch all of our orders the same day or at the very latest early the next day.

We will accept the return of any product that you purchase from us within 30 days if the product is un-opened and un-used. All you have to do is return it to us.
Unwanted Purchases
We can only accept returns if the product is damaged.

Faulty Goods
We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our stock is always at the highest level and in the unfortunate instances where an item is received that is faulty we will exchange this item for you on the day that we receive it back from you.
In the event of a faulty item, you can return it to a FREEPOST address that will be provided upon your request.
Refunds
We aim to refund you either by cheque or credit on your credit or debit card within 30 days of cancellation. As part of your duty of care we request that items being returned are received back in good condition and that they are unused.
